Biographical / Historical
The American Peace Terms Committee grew out of Philadelphia-area activity in the Peace Now Movement. Members were generally from the Quaker community and included Walter Longstreth, Emily Longstreth, Sophia Dulles, Dorothy Hutchinson, Allen Olsted, Sarah Cleghorn, and Ellen Starr Brinton. The committee's activities included printing and distributing a leaflet series. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
