Delaware County Wage Peace & Justice; Delco Wage Peace & Justice; formed in September 2001 under the name of Delaware County Campaign for Peace & Justice to respond to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and the subsequent announcement of a "war on terrorism" by the United States government; based in Delaware County, Pennsylvania; formulates responses to war, terrorism and civil liberties and promotes peace walks and vigils, discussions, and protest actions.
