Biographical / Historical
Lombard Mennonite Peace Center; LMPC; began in 1983 as a ministry of Lombard Mennonite Church (Lombard, Illinois); incorporated in 1997; LMAC is the Midwest affiliate of the Mennonite Conciliation Service; bases its peacemaking in a biblical view of salvation and Christian discipleship as understood in the Anabaptist-Mennonite heritage; LMPC works to encourage the nonviolent transformation of conflict in relationships in homes, workplaces, schools, churches, and throughout our world.
