Abstract

This collection consists of annual reports (and some other publications) issued by philanthropic groups, schools and other organizations that were either started by Quakers, included many Quakers in their administration, and/or appealed to Quakers. The reports were collected at various times from various sources, and are sorted by organization.

The Haverford College Arboretum Association records include materials related to Arboretum programming, events, membership, finances, and campus initiatives from its founding in 1974 to 2018. This collection contains various reports regarding the education of Indigenous children in Oklahoma between the years 1938-1946 by Quaker, Christian, and Indigenous people. The Indigenous childrens' nation of origin include the Wyandotte Nation, the Seneca Nation, and the Osage Nation. Their schools include The Kickapoo School, the Seneca Indian School, and various Sunday Schools.
