Abstract
Rebecca Timbres Clark (1896-2000) was a Quaker nurse and social worker. She and her first husband, Harry Garland Timbres (1899-1937), performed relief work under the auspices of the AFSC in Eastern Europe in 1921-22 and worked with Rabindranath Tagore in Bengal, India, in 1931-34. In 1936-1937, the couple worked in the malaria unit in Soviet Russia. Abstract
This collection includes papers of Parry H. Paul's time in Eastern Europe on a Quaker relief mission between 1921 and 1923. Included are his daily journal, photographs of Warsaw and Russia in the 1920's, lecture notes on agricultural relief in Russia, and a copy of Robert Dunn's article on the same subject.

Abstract
The collection, primarily of correspondence of Quaker Beulah Hurley (1886-) relating principally to her relief work after World War I in Europe and Russia under the auspices of several Friends' groups and the photographs of Quaker P. Alston Waring (1895-1978) taken in Europe, East Asia, California, Central America and mainly in India between 1915 and 1954.
