Scope and Contents

Envelope reads "A Dead Church Can't Talk," "people climbing on top of a church?" , and "Otto Nathan Metropolitan cect masa (illegible)." Six black-and-white images of a demonstration at the Washington Square Methodist Church. Two images show people climbing the building with ropes and standing on the roof. The next image is of police officers lined up in front of the church, onlookers behind them. The next set of images shows the front doors of the church, graffitied with the words "A dead church can't talk!." Also pictured is a group of young boys surrounded by wooden planks in a field across from the church.
