Copy of most of Juzʼ 8 of the Qurʼān. The text begins with the last two words of verse 112 of al-Anʻām, and ends with the penultimate word of verse 78 of al-Aʻrāf.

Textblock is detached from binding. Covers are dark brown leather over pasteboard (Type III) with faint blind stamping and frame; marbled endpapers; spine has been reinforced with black textile.

Written in 7 long lines; border-ruled.
Written in muḥaqqaq in black ink; pointed, vocalized.
Textblock border-ruled in gold and blue; gold florets with orange and blue dots mark verse endings; gold and blue circular or teardrop shaped marginal medallions mark text divisions; sūrah title in gold.
Modern foliation added in pencil, upper left recto (1-12, 12[a]-25).
