Biographical / Historical
The Kapp Putsch was an abortive right-wing coup d'état, which took place in Germany in March 1920. Led by General Walther von Lüttwitz and civil servant Wolfgang Kapp, it failed after a general strike in protest of the coup paralyzed the nation, and other military leaders informed General Lüttwitz that they would not support him.
