Biographical Note
Abraham Pennell (1753-1840) was born in Middletown, Pennsylvania, on April 9, 1753, the son of William Pennell (1725-1783) and Mary Dell (1734-1801). He died on September 25, 1840, in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
