Scope and Contents
Two AFSC VISA participants were involved in the film: David Giltrow is listed in the opening credits, and Garry Thomas appears briefly around the 13:30 mark during the segment on the Singida hand-dug well project.
This copy comes from a DVD made in 2013 from a VHS copy, which in turn was a 1996 conversion of the original 16mm color film.
