Farm Workers Parade, End of War Rally, May 1975
Scope and Contents
Two events depicted. First event is May 10 1975 Farmworkers March in New York. Images include the War Resisters League banner. One image includes a sign that reads, " People Before Profits. Don't Buy Gallo Wine." Joanne Sheehan reviewed the images on 26 October 2023 and identified Ralph DiGia, Igal Roodenko, Rick Gaumer, George Bryan, and Jimmy Tindell.
Second event is May 11 1975 End of War Rally, Central Park. Joan Baez is interviewed in several images. There is a guitar player on a stage with a banner that reads, "War is Over." ; Karl Bissinger
