Scope and Contents
This collection includes materials about IMYM activities from the 1970s to 2007. Most of the records pertain to their annual business sessions, such as minutes, programs, and correspondence. There are also documents pertaining to committees within the yearly meeting, and external organizations that IMYM partnered with such as American Friends Service Committee, Friends Committee on National Legislation, and Friends World Committee for Consultation.

Historical note
Intermountain Yearly Meeting of Friends (IMYM) began as a Fellowship when Arizona and New Mexico Quarterly Meetings met with Colorado and Utah Friends, at a gathering at Ghost Ranch New Mexico in June 1970. The groups officially combined to form Intermountain Yearly Meeting in 1975, and have met annually, usually at Ghost Ranch. This collection is arranged into six series: Minutes, Membership and History, Annual Sessions Materials, Administrative Records, Committees, and External Organizations. The Minutes series is broken down further into the subseries: Minutes, Continuing Committee, Epistles, and Documents-in-Advance.
