Oversight Committee records may duplicate those found in other records of the Counseling Service, but primarily contain the minutes of the Oversight Committee, including those related to a proposed 1986/1987 reorganization of the Counseling Service to be continued without the formal structure of an Oversight Committee.

The records are arranged chronologically, and are primarily the minutes of the committee. Other records include copies of the committee's newsletter, letters sent to BYM members related to programs and activities sponsored by the committee (like retreats and worship sharing events), and attendee and member lists for the committee and its programs.
