Biographical / Historical

Oswego Monthly Meeting was established in 1799, set off from Nine Partners Monthly Meeting. Oswego Monthly Meeting (Hicksite) changed its name to Bulls Head-Oswego in 1980. This meeting remains active. Oswego Monthly Meeting (Orthodox) became Poughkeepsie Monthly Meeting (Orthodox) in 1870. This meeting also remains active.
