Biographical / Historical
Stanford Preparative Meeting was established in 1795 under Creek Monthly Meeting and became part of Stanford Monthly Meeting on that meeting's establishment in 1803. In 1828 it divided into Orthodox and Hicksite branches. The Orthodox branch continued until it was laid down in 1901.
