Biographical / Historical

Haverford Monthly Meeting was established in 1950 by Philadelphia Quarterly Meeting (Hicksite) out of Haverford Preparative Meeting at the dissolution of Radnor Monthly Meeting. In 2mo 1951 the name of this meeting was changed to "Old Haverford." In 1955, as part of the redistribution of meetings brought about by organic union, the monthly meeting became part of the newly formed Haverford Quarterly Meeting. This is currently an active monthly meeting.
