Biographical / Historical
An indulged meeting known as Mullica Hill was established in 1797 by Pilesgrove Monthly Meeting and Woodbury Monthly Meeting. In 1800, the meeting for worship and preparative meeting known as Woolwich were established by Salem Quarterly Meeting under Pilesgrove Monthly Meeting. The Orthodox meeting for worship and preparative meeting were discontinued in 1828. Woolwich Preparative Meeting (Hicksite) was established as Mullica Hill Monthly Meeting in 1928 at the time of the dissolution of Pilesgrove Monthly Meeting.
