Jane M. Oppenheimer papers
Jane M. Oppenheimer was a biologist and science historian. She graduated from Bryn Mawr in 1932 with a degree in biology, later taking a Ph.D. from Yale in zoology. She taught biology at Bryn Mawr from 1938-1980, and also designed an experiment for NASA in the 1970s. This collection, which ranges from 1849 to 1981, includes various materials related to NASA experiments and some of Oppenheimer’s class materials.

William Orick Research Papers
William Orick (1888-1990), who came to this country as a German refugee, was a Quaker and member of Schenectady Monthly Meeting in New York. He conducted extensive research on how women were regarded in history. The collection contains his research papers primarily include his manuscripts, notes, and correspondence relating to Orick's study on women in the Catholic Church.
